The Rexx Group is hiring an HR Software Implementation Project Lead for its Hamburg headquarters subsidiary HRexcellent. The role manages customer-site rollouts of the Rexx Suite, monitors timelines and budgets, provides implementation consulting, conducts workshops, and serves as the key contact between customers and internal departments. Candidates need at least two years of comparable experience, preferably software implementation experience, strong German and English skills, and willingness to travel occasionally.
