Human Capital Resources and Concepts, Inc. is seeking an HR Solutions Analyst to support human capital, workforce planning, program management, and analytical work for a federal government program. The role assesses programs and processes, analyzes workforce data and trends, identifies competency and skill gaps, develops recommendations and implementation tools, supports reporting and presentations, coordinates stakeholders, and helps evaluate and improve HR initiatives. A bachelor's degree, relevant experience, U.S. citizenship, and an active DoD Secret security clearance are required.
