The role owns the preboarding and onboarding lifecycle, coordinates recurring HR programs such as performance reviews, employee surveys, special events, and employee development initiatives, and supports workforce reporting, HR systems, and process optimization. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field, experience in an HR generalist or specialist role with HR systems and analytics exposure, strong analytical and Excel skills, and experience with HR technology platforms.
