G-P is hiring an HR Specialist to serve as a trusted in-country HR partner for clients across Southern Europe, with a particular focus on France and portage salarial. The role covers the full employee lifecycle, complex employee relations and terminations, employment-law and contract guidance, payroll and benefits partner management, immigration and mobility support, performance and compensation processes, compliance governance, knowledge transfer, and HR process automation and AI adoption. Applicants need at least three years of HR experience, fluent French and English, strong knowledge of labor and employment regulations in Southern Europe, experience with complex employee relations, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and familiarity with HRIS, Zendesk, Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Zoom, and Slack.
