The HR Specialist supports a wide range of human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, orientation, associate engagement, benefits administration, compliance, reporting, audits, and special projects. The role requires a bachelor’s degree, HR experience, strong communication and organizational skills, proficiency with HRIS, ATS, Microsoft 365, and LMS, bilingual Spanish ability, and a Nevada Gaming License. Work is primarily office-based across various property locations, with variable shifts and the ability to work in casino environments.
