Description
The HR Specialist (m/f/d) – Payroll Focus (Compensation Processing) will independently process monthly payroll for approximately 260 employees, maintain employee and master data, support the employee lifecycle, coordinate with authorities and insurance providers, prepare reports, and support recruiting and HR projects. The role requires commercial training, at least three years of HR or payroll experience, DATEV knowledge, English proficiency, and MS Office skills. It is a full-time permanent placement in Dortmund with a salary of €48,000–€60,000 annually and flexible working hours and home-office options.
