Description
Ascom is hiring an experienced HR Specialist to support its Global HR team in the Netherlands. The role partners with managers and employees across the full employee lifecycle, advises on employee relations, performance management, organisational development, engagement, change initiatives, talent and succession, and Dutch labour law, and contributes to local, regional, and global HR projects. It is a full-time one-year position with a preferred start date of 1 October, subject to the CAO Metaal & Techniek for Installation Companies.
