FINRA is hiring an HR Specialist, People Analytics to support Workday workforce reporting, data quality, stakeholder reporting requests, and people analytics initiatives. The role develops and maintains headcount, attrition, movement, and organizational reports; supports dashboards, report standardization, documentation, automation, data governance, audits, and troubleshooting; and collaborates with HR, business stakeholders, HRIS, and engineering teams. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience and at least three years of HRIS or workforce reporting experience focused on Workday operational reporting.
