Description
TaskUs is hiring an HR Supervisor to lead employee engagement, labor relations, case management, performance management, and related people operations initiatives. The role advises stakeholders on people-related issues, manages special projects, and may require night-shift or rotating-schedule work. Applicants need at least 3–4 years of experience, preferably in BPO, along with experience leading employee engagement, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
