IPEX is hiring an HR Systems Analyst to support, administer, optimize, and improve its HR technology ecosystem, including Workday, Dayforce, and Paradox. The role handles system administration, incident resolution, data quality and audits, testing, implementation and integration projects, requirements gathering, training, and change management while collaborating with HR, payroll, finance, IT, talent acquisition, and people analytics teams. It is a hybrid position requiring three days per week onsite in Oakville, Markham, or Montréal, with annual compensation of $70,800 to $88,500 plus bonus and benefits eligibility.
