United Initiators is hiring an HR Systems & Payroll Specialist to administer, optimize, and develop its HR system landscape, with a focus on P&I LOGA, payroll processing, and time management. The role also supports complex shift-based working-time models, HR and IT application systems, digitalization projects, reporting, external service providers, and internal user training. Candidates need HR, business administration, business informatics, or comparable training, several years of professional HR experience, P&I LOGA or comparable HR/payroll-system experience, and knowledge of payroll, wage tax, social security, and collective-bargaining regulations.
