INNIO is hiring an HR Systems Expert to manage and continuously improve HR systems and operations, with Workday at the core. The role leads Workday implementations, integrations, enhancements, testing, training, and operational projects; coordinates HR, IT, and vendors; and identifies automation, digitization, and AI opportunities. It requires a bachelor’s degree, Workday HCM certification, fluent English, and 6–8 years of HR systems experience, including substantial Workday configuration, maintenance, data management, reporting, security, and project leadership. The position offers a hybrid 50% office/50% home-office arrangement in Budapest.
