Benchling is hiring an HR Systems functional expert to manage and improve its People technology stack, primarily Workday. The role covers Workday configuration across HCM, Talent Optimization, and Time & Absence; performance, talent, and succession processes; reporting and analytics; broader People systems; compliance and audit support; and field-ticket resolution. The position requires at least three years of Workday experience, strong reporting and cross-functional communication skills, and offers a hybrid arrangement with three days per week in the office.
