Deutsche Telekom is recruiting for an 18-month HR Tech & Data trainee program. The trainee begins in HR, completes five project assignments across the group, and includes a three-month international assignment. The program offers onboarding, mentoring, networking, project work, and a permanent employment contract. Candidates should be close to completing a relevant degree, have initial practical experience, and possess data, analytics, AI, HR systems, and digital transformation knowledge. German and English fluency at C1 level are required.
