Description
The HR Technology Advisor will enhance, configure, maintain, and expand Workday HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Time Tracking, Absence, Payroll, and related functionality. The role manages complex global implementation and enhancement projects, translates business requirements into functional designs, coordinates with vendors and IT, leads testing and UAT, documents processes, supports system health and root-cause resolution, and advises on solutions and controls. The position requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or a related field, at least five years of Workday or related HR systems implementation and support experience, and expertise in Workday Core HCM and Business Processes plus at least two to three additional modules.
