Accela is hiring an HR Technology & Analytics Specialist for a 6–8 month contract to support HR systems, reporting, process improvement, AI-enabled efficiency, and document management. The role covers Greenhouse and ADP administration and reporting, recurring and ad hoc reporting, workflow automation, SharePoint and document-management updates, employee-file audits, troubleshooting, and documentation. It requires at least three years of HR technology, HRIS, HR analytics, or related HR experience, along with Excel, reporting, data validation, generative AI, and process-improvement skills. The position is remote and pays $50.00 to $55.00 per hour.
