Description
The Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Lead will provide functional leadership across Core HR, Compensation, Absence, and Talent modules, owning the functional roadmap and driving requirements analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, production support, change management, and user adoption. The role partners with technical teams, business stakeholders, and implementation partners; manages HR process simplification and compliance; and mentors functional analysts. It requires a bachelor’s degree, at least 8 years of HR technology or HRIS functional experience, and at least 5 years of hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
