Cervecería y Maltería Quilmes is hiring an on-site People Pillar Manager at the Quilmes Plant. The role oversees people-process compliance, objective and indicator monitoring, annual training, performance and development planning, personnel administration, recruitment and selection support, management-tool adoption, and coordination with HR, payroll, HSMA, management, and quality functions. Candidates should be advanced students or graduates in relevant fields, have 1 to 2 years of similar experience, and possess advanced Excel skills; SAP and Power BI knowledge are preferred.
