Toss Insurance is hiring a People & Culture Team Leader to serve as the HR leader for its organization and bridge between Toss Community and Toss Insurance. The role owns the full HR cycle, develops the people strategy, oversees workforce planning, recruiting, performance management, compensation, and career development, designs organizational structures, manages employment-type and employment-related risks, and partners with leadership to support business growth. The position requires at least 10 years of HR experience or equivalent experience, strong communication and adaptability, and the ability to tailor HR strategies to a rapidly growing organization.
