Bybit is hiring an HR Business Partner focused on employee relations and business-unit HR support. The role partners with business leaders on onboarding, performance, promotion, disciplinary matters, employee disputes, workforce planning, succession planning, people policies, legal compliance, training needs, and program evaluation. It requires 5+ years of HRBP or Employee Relations experience, strong communication, analytical, organizational, and customer-service skills, legal knowledge, and fluency in both Chinese and English.
