Description
The HRIS Analyst will configure, optimize, and support Workday Human Capital Management across recruiting, onboarding, payroll, time and attendance, performance management, compensation, benefits, and security. The role manages Workday integrations and EIBs, leads configuration and deployment projects, supports and trains users, develops HR and payroll reports, improves workflows, maintains security and documentation, and reviews system releases. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and at least four years administering Workday HR modules and supporting HR and payroll processes.
