The role is based in the company's Corporate Office in St. Louis, Missouri, and involves maintaining and improving HR systems, troubleshooting issues, testing upgrades and conversions, configuring HR and payroll functions, supporting interfaces and integrations, creating reports, and educating HR and other end users. The position requires a bachelor's degree in HR, computer science, or a related field and three years of relevant HR systems experience, with HR system implementation or migration experience preferred.
