Description
Columbia Bank is hiring an HRIS Analyst to administer and optimize ADP Workforce Now and related HR systems, maintain accurate workforce data, develop reports and dashboards, support integrations and implementations, troubleshoot system and data issues, and provide user training. The role requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of HR operations experience including two years supporting HRIS administration, reporting, or workforce analytics, and strong analytical, communication, and Excel skills. The position follows a hybrid schedule of three office days and two work-from-home days.
