Description
Dolese is hiring an HRIS Analyst to maintain, configure, test, report on, and support its HR information systems. The role includes system administration, security access, troubleshooting, business-process improvements, data maintenance, reporting, user training, and collaboration with HR partners. It requires a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or Information Technology and at least five years of HRIS or related HR experience; Workday experience and PHR or SHRM-CP certification are preferred. The position requires regular attendance at the worksite or assigned work location.
