Description
GRTC is hiring an HRIS Analyst to serve as the functional bridge between Human Resources operations and Oracle Fusion Cloud Human Capital Management. The role supports the Oracle implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, optimization, reporting, data quality, security, user support, training, and continuous improvement of HR systems. The analyst will partner with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, vendors, and the implementation partner, and the position requires a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, at least three years of relevant HRIS or enterprise application experience, and hands-on Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM experience.
