The HRIS Analyst manages HR systems, data integrity, reporting, compliance, and process improvement, serving as the campus technical lead for Oracle Cloud HCM. The role covers workforce analytics, compensation and benefits analysis, recruitment and performance metrics, audit documentation, training materials, data standards, and HR process knowledge. It requires a high school diploma or GED, preferably a bachelor's degree, and 3–5 years of experience, along with Oracle HCM administration, data quality, reporting, project management, and AI knowledge.
