Description
The HRIS Functional Consultant will lead Workday and other HR technology configuration, maintenance, optimization, implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and release activities. The role serves as a functional and technical subject matter expert, partners with stakeholders on requirements and scalable solutions, develops reports and dashboards, manages data governance and testing, supports integrations, documents processes, and mentors HRIS analysts and project team members. The position requires extensive HRIS experience, typically a bachelor's degree, and is based in Manila.
