Jonas Software is hiring one HRIS Analyst to support the ongoing evolution of its Workday system. The role partners with stakeholders to define requirements, configures and tests Workday solutions, troubleshoots system issues, provides user support, develops reports and dashboards, optimizes processes, and delivers training. Candidates need at least three years of hands-on Workday configuration experience across three or more modules, strong HR process knowledge, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The position is hybrid in Markham, Ontario, with a salary range of $80,000 to $95,000 CAD and benefits including health, vision, dental, and other coverage from day one.
