Description

Sand Cherry Associates is seeking a detail-oriented HRIS Data Analyst to support a large-scale HRIS implementation. The role involves preparing, validating, and cleansing employee data within the current platform, focusing initially on data cleanup and preparation. Responsibilities include extracting data from the Insperity HR platform, analyzing Excel reports, reviewing historical employee data for inconsistencies, performing data cleanup, and creating accurate datasets for migration into a new HRIS platform. The analyst will also support data validation, testing, system implementation, and post-go-live activities. This is a 3+ month remote role primarily working MST and CST hours.

Additional Information

Required Previous Experiences: Experience working with large datasets and performing data cleanup, reconciliation, or data quality activities.
Exceptional attention to detail with a strong commitment to data accuracy.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment while collaborating effectively with a project team.
Advanced experience using Microsoft Excel for reporting and data analysis.
Highly detail-oriented, process-driven, and motivated by improving data quality and ensuring accurate information prior to system implementation.
Preferred Qualifications: Previous HR experience is preferred but not required, and experience supporting oil and gas, energy, or industrial organizations is a plus.
Experience working within an HRIS, payroll, or enterprise business system; Insperity experience is a plus.
Experience supporting data migration or enterprise system implementation projects is preferred.
Familiarity with CSV imports, data mapping, and data validation.
Experience supporting organizations within the oil and gas, energy, or industrial sectors is a plus.
