Description
The HRIS Director provides strategic leadership, governance, and operational oversight of Grupo Eulen USA’s Human Resources Information Systems function, including UKG Pro, Kronos, and related platforms. The role owns system implementation, configuration, maintenance, integrations, data integrity, payroll governance, compliance, workforce analytics, digital transformation, and HRIS roadmap execution while leading the HRIS team and serving as an executive liaison across HR, Finance, Payroll, Operations, IT, and external vendors.
