Description
This role is focused on independently delivering HRIS module configurations, supporting client interactions, and contributing to project delivery with growing functional expertise. The position involves gathering and documenting business requirements, advising on system design and HRIS best practices, configuring and testing modules, supporting data migration, conducting demos and UAT walkthroughs, delivering end-user training, preparing documentation, and providing post-go-live support. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and experience with Workday, SuccessFactors, or Oracle HRIS configuration, implementation, testing, and support across multiple modules, along with strong knowledge of HR processes, workflows, data migration, and security configurations.
