Description
This role independently delivers HRIS module configurations, supports client engagements, and contributes to project delivery by gathering requirements, configuring and testing modules, handling data migration, running demos and UAT walkthroughs, training end users, preparing documentation, and resolving post-go-live issues within SLAs. The position requires a bachelor's degree, 2–4 years of HRIS implementation/support/end-user experience, hands-on experience with requirements gathering, configuration, testing, and UAT, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and Workday Core HCM Certification.
