NEOGOV is hiring a remote Project Manager to manage multiple concurrent HRIS implementation projects for its public-sector clients. The role coordinates consultants, developers, subject matter experts, senior management, and clients; develops project plans and deliverables; manages scope, change control, quality, risks, and stakeholder relationships; and supports sales and marketing activities. Candidates need at least five years of project management experience in a high-tech development environment, HCM/HRIS experience, enterprise customer experience, and knowledge of multi-state HR and payroll complexities.
