Description
Klaviyo is hiring an HRIS Manager to own Workday modules, configure and optimize systems, lead end-to-end projects, support SOX compliance, partner with People, IT, Finance, and Integrations, and coach a team. The role requires at least six years of Workday ecosystem experience, deep knowledge of at least three Workday modules, global HR technology experience, public-company compliance experience, and an AI-forward mindset. The base salary range for U.S. locations is $128,000 to $192,000 USD, with possible bonus, equity, sign-on payments, and health, welfare, and wellbeing benefits.
