ePlus is hiring a Senior HRIS Business Analyst to lead HR technology strategy, administer and optimize HRIS and HCM platforms, manage integrations and data governance, drive implementations and process improvements, support reporting and analytics, and manage vendor relationships. The role also leads and develops HRIS team members and partners with HR, IT, payroll, recruiting, benefits, and other business functions. It is a remote opportunity for candidates in Eastern time zones and requires at least seven years of progressive HRIS or related systems experience, including UKG Pro administration in an enterprise environment.
