Description
The HRIS Program Lead serves as Lucid’s primary technology partner to the HR organization, owning the HRIS technology portfolio and leading implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and continuous-improvement initiatives. The role bridges HR operations with technology execution, manages HRIS projects and stakeholder engagement, maintains data integrity and compliance, and supports reporting, analytics, training, and change management. It requires functional HR knowledge, SAP SuccessFactors and Workforce Software experience, project management skills, and experience in multi-country and multi-time-zone environments.
