Pleasant Valley Corporation is hiring an on-site HRIS Specialist in Medina, Ohio, for a Monday-through-Friday shift from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. The role serves as the Human Resources Department subject matter expert for the organization’s HRIS and related interfaced software, managing system configuration, maintenance, upgrades, workflows, user support, training, data integrity, security, reporting, compliance, and process improvements. The position requires at least one year of HR experience and at least one year of hands-on HRIS experience; a bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or Business Administration is preferred, as is SHRM-CP certification.
