Hunter Douglas is hiring an HRIT Senior Manager responsible for global technical ownership and leadership of Oracle HCM, HRIS, and related HR technologies. The role manages system configuration, integrations, data integrity, reporting, testing, releases, workflows, vendor relationships, technical support, documentation, and end-user training while partnering with HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT. It also leads strategic improvements and manages, coaches, and develops an HRIS Analyst. A bachelor's degree is required, with 5–7 years of specialized HRIS experience preferred, at least 3 years of Oracle experience preferred, and systems implementation experience.
