Description
Cardea is hiring an HRM intern to join its HR team in the Central Office in Leiderdorp. The intern will support administrative HR processes, manage personnel files, assist with recruitment and personnel changes, contribute to HR policy and employee satisfaction surveys, support HR advisors, and help improve HR processes. The role is intended for a second- or third-year HBO Human Resource Management student and offers an internship allowance of €625 gross per month based on a 32-hour workweek.
