Description

Galliford Try is seeking an HS&E Advisor in Perthshire to support the Framework HS&E Manager across UK water and infrastructure projects. The role focuses on implementing health, safety and environmental strategies, conducting site inspections and ISO 14001 audits, supporting risk assessments and construction plans, investigating incidents, monitoring KPIs, preparing reports, engaging stakeholders, and delivering HS&E training. Candidates need relevant HS&E experience, a NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate, knowledge of management systems, legislation and risk management, environmental compliance experience, Microsoft Office skills, a full UK driving licence, and willingness to travel throughout the UK.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: NEBOSH Construction or General Certificate required or in progress; an NVQ Level 3 Diploma or higher in a relevant discipline is desirable.
Required Previous Experiences: Relevant health, safety and environmental experience in construction, infrastructure, utilities, or a similar industry.
Experience supporting environmental compliance throughout the project lifecycle.
Preferred Qualifications: IOSH or IIRSM membership, at least TechIOSH.
CMIOSH or progression toward Chartered status.
Water-sector or regulated infrastructure experience.
HS&E reporting and data analytics knowledge.
Full United Kingdom driving licence and willingness to travel across UK projects.
