AES Drilling Fluids is hiring an HSE Coordinator in Midland, Texas to report to the HSE Manager and oversee health, safety, environmental, DOT, and MSHA-related compliance programs. The role includes coordinating training, inspecting worksites, monitoring training compliance, investigating accidents, managing DOT fleet safety, and supporting regulatory permitting. It requires at least five years of relevant safety, environmental, health, or compliance experience, current First Aid and CPR certification, Microsoft Office proficiency, and 30–50% travel; a bachelor’s degree in a relevant safety-related field and prior oil and gas or MSHA experience are advantageous.
