Description
The HS-EHS Teacher–Float provides classroom coverage for planned time off, supports Head Start and Early Head Start programs, and serves as a limited-time director when needed. The role teaches children across varying age groups, implements developmentally appropriate and individualized lesson plans, maintains screening and assessment data, supports inclusive and safe classrooms, engages families, and contributes to accreditation and school-readiness goals. It requires early childhood education credentials, a paraprofessional license, classroom experience, and the ability to float between classrooms.
