Description
The Head Start Quality & Data Specialist will conduct classroom and site visits, monitor compliance with Head Start Performance Standards and state licensing requirements, analyze monitoring data, generate reports and dashboards, track corrective actions, and provide training and coaching to early childhood staff. The role is based at the Cincinnati-Hamilton County Community Action Agency in Cincinnati, Ohio, with onsite work Monday through Friday and eligibility for remote work up to two days per week. A minimum of three years of relevant experience and knowledge of Head Start regulations are required.
