Description
The HSE Advisor provides subject-matter expertise and practical support to site leadership across assigned manufacturing sites, helping implement Group HSE policies, procedures, and initiatives. The role conducts audits, inspections, risk assessments, incident investigations, training, performance monitoring, and compliance activities while maintaining a regular site presence and traveling between sites. It is a part-time position of 22.8 hours per week over three days and requires manufacturing HSE experience, knowledge of Australian HSE legislation, risk and incident investigation experience, stakeholder engagement skills, a current driver's licence, and willingness to travel.
