Description
Pact is hiring an experienced HSE Advisor to support recycling and FMS operations at Wacol and Sumner Park. Reporting to the Regional HSE Manager, the role involves hands-on site support, auditing, risk assessment, incident investigation, coaching, training, performance analysis, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. Candidates need prior HSE experience in manufacturing, industrial, logistics, recycling, or a similar operational environment, knowledge of Australian WHS legislation and safety management systems, strong communication and analytical skills, and a current driver's licence with willingness to travel between the two sites.
