Description

Pact Group is hiring an experienced HSE Advisor to support health, safety, environmental, and sustainability performance across its Moorebank and Ingelburn manufacturing sites. Reporting to the Regional HSE Manager, the role involves site inspections, audits, risk reviews, incident investigations, training, performance analysis, and collaboration with operational teams. The position requires regular travel between the two sites and offers exposure to regional, divisional, and Group HSE activities.

Additional Information

Minimum Education: Bachelor’s degree in environmental science, occupational health and safety, sustainability, or a related discipline, or equivalent relevant experience
Required Previous Experiences: HSE experience in an Australian manufacturing environment
Experience supporting multiple manufacturing sites, business units, or operational locations
Capability in workplace risk assessment, auditing, and incident investigation
Preferred Qualifications: Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or Diploma of Work Health and Safety
Training or certification in Australian manufacturing regulations and standards, including the WHS Act or AS/NZS ISO 45001:2018
