IREN is hiring a full-time, onsite Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Advisor in Sweetwater, Texas, to support health, safety, and environmental protection across its data center operations. The role partners with departments to maintain regulatory compliance, identify and control hazards, conduct audits and risk assessments, investigate incidents, support high-risk work activities, and coach employees and contractors. It requires a bachelor’s degree, diploma, or recognized professional certification in HSE or a related field, at least three years of relevant experience, and the ability to work a rotational schedule including day and night shifts and weekends. The expected hourly rate is $46.00 USD, with night-shift premium, overtime, per diem, project allowance, and other benefits.
