CTS Group is recruiting three x2 HSE Advisors (Data Centres) for a hands-on, site-based role supporting large-scale hyperscale data centre projects in Kvandal North, Norway. Reporting to the Project HSE Manager, the role promotes health, safety, and environmental compliance; conducts site inspections, audits, safety observations, inductions, toolbox talks, and incident investigations; and engages with project teams, subcontractors, and client representatives. The position requires a bachelor's degree in health and safety or a related discipline, 3–5 years of site-based HSE experience, strong hazard and risk assessment skills, fluent English, and Microsoft Office proficiency. NEBOSH IGC, ISO 45001, data centre project experience, and knowledge of Norwegian HSE legislation are desirable or advantageous.
