Description
The role creates and maintains HSE learning pathways, digital, instructor-led, and blended learning content, including storyboards, training packages, graphic assets, and multimedia resources. It uses authoring and learning-management tools, supports learners and content owners, maintains content quality and accessibility, and applies analytics, feedback, gamification, and AI-enabled tools to improve engagement and learning impact. The position requires a bachelor’s degree, at least three years of relevant experience, and strong knowledge of instructional design, adult learning, accessibility, multimedia authoring, and HSE content requirements.
