Description
The HSE Coordinator supports the implementation and administration of Hydro Resources’ corporate health and safety program, including hazard remediation, workers’ compensation claim support, incident investigations, regulatory compliance, safety training, and field-site coordination. The role requires an associate degree and 2–3 years of health and safety-related experience, a valid driver’s license, strong organizational and communication skills, and familiarity with Windows, cloud systems, databases, and Office365. It involves routine field interaction, occasional long-distance driving, and travel across the Panhandle and West Texas, with medical, dental, vision, retirement, and disability benefits.
